Janet Jackson has said in plain language that Micheal Jackson's personal doctor, Murray [currently facing manslaughter charges], at the time of his demise is responsible for his death.
"He was the one that was administering," Janet says in an ABC News interview. "I think he is responsible."

This is really difficult but one has to move on as much as possible with life, also admitted Janet who will be opening the stage on this year AMA Award.

"It's still so difficult for me to believe," she tells ABC's Robin Roberts in the interview. "It's, you know, you have to accept what is. But it's hard. You have to move on with your life. You have to accept what is and I understand that."

She says that she and Michael were "incredibly close" and shared "a lot of similarities," including "his love for children."

Maclaren Recalls One Million Strollers

High-end stroller maker Maclaren, in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, is voluntarily recalling about 1 million umbrella strollers sold in the United States since 1999.

The move comes after 15 reports of children placing their finger in the stroller’s hinge mechanism, resulting in 12 reports of fingertip amputations in the United States. The agency said consumers should stop using recalled products immediately unless otherwise instructed.

The affected models included Volo, Triumph, Quest Sport, Quest Mod, Techno XT, TechnoXLR, Twin Triumph, Twin Techno and Easy Traveller.

Maclaren, which dubs itself as "a premier British parenting lifestyle company that produces the world's most safe, durable, innovative and stylish baby buggies and strollers," is planning to provide a free kit to cover the stroller's hinge mechanism.

In a press release, the company said: "Safety is our first priority and through this voluntary effort we urge consumers to contact us immediately to obtain the kit which consists of hinge covers designed specifically to fit all Maclaren strollers."

Joe Jackson Wants Money From Late MJ

Joe Jackson claims there was "no justification" for him to be excluded from getting money from Michael Jackson's estate ... and now he's asking a judge to grant him a monthly allowance.

Joe just filed papers in L.A. County Superior Court, claiming he's "entitled to his own independent family allowance."

In the docs, Leonard Rowe -- a guy who claims to have been MJ's manager -- says Michael used to give his mother Katherine up to $60,000 a month to live on, and that Michael instructed her to give half of it to Joe.

Joe claims Michael's estate has "earned more than $100 million dollars in the first seven (7) weeks following Michael Jackson's death" and is "well able to afford a family allowance for Joe Jackson."

Joe says he has $15,425 in total monthly expenses, including the following:

the jacksons-- $2,500 eating out
-- $2,000 for air travel
-- $3,000 for hotel bills
-- $1,000 for groceries
-- $1,200 for rent
-- $50 in charitable contributions

UPDATE -- Howard Weitzman, one of the attorneys the Special Administrators for Michael Jackson's Estate, tells TMZ: "The Special Administrators have been made aware that Joe Jackson filed papers asking to be paid a family allowance from the Estate. It was quite surprising to learn of the request. Mr. Jackson's Petition will be considered as are all requests for money from Michael's Estate."

Debra Winans couldn't be happier that Oprah Winfrey banned her ex-husband Bebe from the "O" show until his domestic violence case plays out ... and now Debra's giving Oprah a nice pat on the back over her decision.

Debra gave the following statement to TMZ:

"It further demonstrates the fact that Oprah continues to be a strong voice against domestic violence and that she's willing to take the steps necessary to defend the defenseless."

It all started when Bebe -- who was charged with assaulting Debra back in '08 -- was allowed to pimp out his new album on "Oprah" last month.

Debra told us she was "upset" at Oprah about Bebe's appearance -- especially after O took a stand against domestic violence earlier this year by refusing to let Chris Brown on her show.

HER STRONG POSITION AGAINST CHRIS BROWN:

Oprah Winfrey is firing back at the comments Chris Brown made about her in the new People Magazine.

Here's the background: People had asked Brown about the fact that Oprah did "a show on abuse, inspired by Rihanna." Chris replied:

"I commend Oprah on being like, 'This is a problem,' but it was a slap in my face. I did a lot of stuff for her, like going to Africa and performing for her school. She could have been more helpful, like, 'Okay, I'm going to help both of these people out.'"

We called Oprah to see how she felt about Brown's statement, and her rep sent us the following response:

"Oprah is very appreciative that Chris Brown performed at her school but she takes domestic abuse very seriously. She hopes he gets the counseling he needs."

Us Weekly has the actor and his wife, Fergie, splashed on the cover, accompanied by an inside cover story where a lawyer for a stripper swears Josh slept with his client – and then bragged about it.

Attorney Romin Alavi tells the mag that his client, exotic dancer Nicole Forrester, 34, didn't go to the National Enquirer with the story of her passionate night with Josh. Instead, they came to her.

"Josh bragged about what happened on the set of his movie [Life As We Know It], and someone called the Enquirer with the tip,” Alavi, who reportedly passed a lie detector test, said. "The Enquirer then came to Nicole."

Unfortunately for Josh, more women are coming out of the woodwork, and are claiming that they, too, got it on with the actor. On Oct. 30, a woman named Serena called in to San Francisco's JV on Wild 94.9 radio show to say that when Josh was filming the Transformers sequel at a New Mexico Air Force base in 2008, he slept with her best friend who was stationed there.

"She also said she knew two other people whom he hooked up with," the program's producer, Jon Manuel, told the mag.

Josh's lawyer has firmly denied these stories, and it seems like Fergie is standing by her man for now. 10. Janet Jackson
The singer shouldered most of the blame for her infamous nip slip at the 2004 Super Bowl—even though it was co-performer Justin Timberlake who pulled off her clothes. "The decision to have a costume reveal at the end of my halftime show performance was made after final rehearsals," Jackson said in a statement. "MTV was completely unaware of it. It was not my intention that it go as far as it did. I apologize to anyone offended—including the audience, MTV, CBS and the NFL."

9. Kobe Bryant

What Is Twitter?
What is Twitter? Well, where have you been.. LOL? Twitter would have to be the fastest growing site on the web today. It is taking the internet by storm and there are around 10,000 new users per day signing up to participate in this internet revolution.
Twitter is best described as a micro blogging platform. You are limited to 140 characters each time you do an update, which initially, may seem a small amount. However, as you become more experienced, it's just amazing what you can fit into 140 characters.
That said, Twitter is much, much more than that. It is like one huge global chat room, but then again, it doesn't have to be. It all depends on how many people you follow on Twitter. If it's in the thousands, then your “Tweetstream” will be running fast and furious with everything that's coming in. If you are only following a few hundred, or even less, then things are much easier to keep up with.
Twitter is also a great way to meet new people online, particularly those with similar interests to you. I will show you how to do this more as we progress through this report.
How To Set Up
Setting up on Twitter to have your own account is easy, but there are a few things that you should be aware of when organizing your account. This can apply even if you already have an existing account too, so consider these tips and it can improve your entire Twittter experience.
The first thing to do if you don't have an account is go to http://www.twitter.com which is the home page of Twitter. You will be asked to either login or register. If you don't have an account, then of course you will need to register. So let's go through the registration process and explain it all here.
Registration
The Twitter screen will ask you for your first name and last name and will then check this is entered correctly. A green tick will appear next to the box.
The next box asks you for a user name and this is where you need to give some thought to how you are going to represent yourself on Twitter. You should remember that you can set up more than one account on Twitter, but you will need a different email address for each one.
Now this is where the thinking bit comes in. The first account you register should always be in your own name if you can get it. Naturally, common names like JohnSmith (there are no spaces in usernames) will already be taken. However it is possible to get variations on your own name such as John_Smith, or John_Smith23 or some variation like that. You can only use an underscore in a username. Hyphens are not permitted in the field.
It isn't absolutely critical that you register your own name, but I would advise you do if you can, particularly if your name is an unusual one. I'm sure the last thing you want is someone else impersonating you on Twitter, or anywhere else for that matter.
If you wish to register a business name, then you can do that of course, but make your you use your own name in the sign up process so you are identifiable and connected with the business name you register. The concepts and reasons for operating under each type of registration will be discussed later.
You are now asked for your email address. Email addresses are linked to accounts and you will only be able to use your email address once. For every account you register, you will need a different email address.
The last thing to do is to fill in the Captcha letters and then click on Create My Account.
The next screen will ask if you want to add any of your friends from the popular web based email programs. You can do this later if you wish.
The next screen presents a short list of people who Twitter asks if you would like to follow. Choose some if you like, but I wouldn't bother. I prefer to find my own friends on Twitter.
When you click Finish, you will then be taken to your very own Twitter account. You are logged in and ready to go!
Your Settings
Next thing we are going to do is fill out our settings and this is very important on Twitter. You will find the access to this at the top right of the screen, fourth link from the left.
On this page you will notice there are some tabs across the top. For the moment we will concentrate on the Account tab.
The information you entered on joining is already entered here, but now it's time to pad this out so people can find you on Twitter and you also make yourself an interesting person to be followed. People will use the information you enter here to make that decision, but much of what is entered is also searchable on Twitter and through various third party applications.
One thing to note is that you can change your username at any time on this screen. You just have to enter your password to do so. Although it can be done, it can confuse your follower base, so I wouldn't recommend doing it on a weekly basis.
First of all change your time zone to your own and then move onto the one line bio.
Your Bio
You have 160 characters here to “sell” yourself. Take some time over it and do it well. Don't simply enter a bunch of keywords as they appear totally uninteresting to people, although they may get you found. Use keywords by all means, but start your Bio with the words “I am” and then describe yourself. So you might put for example:-
I am a keen gardener and hiker who also has a passion for the outdoors, Internet marketing and affiliate marketing who also loves social media.
Now that description is only 143 characters, so you could still get some more keywords in the bio. No doubt you can see the ones that are there which are gardener, hiker, internet marketing, affiliate marketing and social media. Using these terms in your bio will have you coming up in search results when people are looking for other like minded individuals to follow. As you can see, it is worth taking some time to get the bio right.
Balance of Screen
Enter your web site name or blog here if you have one. Make sure you include the http:// prefix to the address.
Your location is next and is also important so people can search and find others in their same area. It will also be important to you if you are chasing rankings on Twitter as users are ranking by their locations.
Protect Updates
This is included if you want to have a private account and you have to approve followers. NEVER turn this on if you intend to use Twitter to meet new people. They just couldn't be bothered requesting permission to follow you unless they know you personally.
You can now save your settings, but note here that there is also a link to delete your account should you ever wish to do so.
Devices
You can enter your mobile phone number here if you want Twitter updates to your phone. Personally, I can't think of anything worse, particularly if you have a couple of thousand followers.

The Replies function is an interesting one and will determine what tweets you see that are prefixed with the @ symbol. This is how you direct a tweet to a particular individual. There is a great help screen explanation on this, so go there to make your decision.
The rest of the notices are self explanatory. It is worth noting that the Direct Messages possibly needs a bit of explanation though as to what they are if you are new to Twitter. If you are following someone and they are following you, Direct Messages can be sent that won't appear in the Twitter timeline. They are essentially private messages between two people. If you are an infrequent user of Twitter, it may be worthwhile to switch on receiving notifications by email so you can respond. Otherwise leave it off as it will just fill up your mail box with more clutter.
Likewise, the notifications that you have a new follower just adds to your email and I would leave it off unless you like the buzz of being told someone new has followed you.

This is really important. When you open this page you will see the small avatar on the screen which is the default for Twitter. If you want new followers, putting a photo of yourself here is imperative. If you are running the Twitter account for your company or business, then your logo is ideal. But just put something so you can be identified in the Tweetstream by your followers. The graphic is often more important than your name when people are scanning Tweets and you will stand out for yours.

Here you can change the background of your Twitter page from the default. Twitter provides a number of alternatives that you can select or you can upload your own background. You can also change all the colors if you wish. Again, whatever you do, just change it so you are not running the default. It shows you have taken some time setting up your account.
A note here worth mentioning is that with the plethora of Twitter client applications out there, many people don't even look at your web page anymore. Still, it is one component of your presence on Twitter and is worth doing well. Later on I will show you places where you can get a more professional background than those offered here.
Well, that's it for the setup. The last thing to do now is to click on Home at the top of the screen and send your first Tweet. Something like, “Hi, I've just joined Twitter and am looking forward to meeting interesting people” is a good first one to send. Just type it in and click the Update button. Parenting: Work At Home Mum; What Mums DoTo Make Their Baby Sleep

Parenting is really a joyous situation when one finds her self in the position. It gives joy to be a parent. Gladdens the heart knowing that you are growing a life with all the attaining future! But what happens between mother and child, sometimes can be quite different from what transpires between Dad and child. The Mum is naturally close to the child [at least at the earliest age of the child's life]. What some mums do, especially, work at home mum, or even a normal paid job mum, to keep from child's distraction can be really funny.

Ok lets look at this way, you just tired to get some sleep few minutes after midnight and barrrr!!!, the toddler's little cry starts. There are stories and instances where some mum had driving miles in the middle of the night just to make her little darling sleep and the toddler sleeps, she keeps driving so that the child wont wake! The loving mum can a times decide to push her little toddler aimlessly, up and down the street,singing or humming quietly to herself, just to make him gear towards sleep.It is not out of place to encounter some mums who had actually lost some weight just because her little toddler had always made sure she does not sleep.

Mother and child is a gift anyway, and only God knows how He perfected the endurance stream of mums worldwide to live with the child's troubles and weaknesses. When I write this, I can't help but say, "THANK YOU MUM". Have you said such to your mum lately?

Racism Blamed for Clamor Over Obama

Former president Jimmy Carter said Tuesday that he believes race is at the core of much of the opposition to President Obama.

"I think an overwhelming portion of the intensely demonstrated animosity toward President Barack Obama is based on the fact that he is a black man, that he's African American," Carter told NBC in an interview. "I live in the South, and I've seen the South come a long way, and I've seen the rest of the country that shared the South's attitude toward minority groups at that time, particularly African Americans"

Continued Carter: "And that racism inclination still exists. . . . It's an abominable circumstance, and it grieves me and concerns me very deeply."

The 39th president also predicted that Obama will be able to "triumph over the racist attitude that is the basis for the negative environment that we see so vividly demonstrated in public affairs in recent days."

I know that Raymond Clark and jennifer hromadka have planned their wedding and apparently have setup a wedding website. does anymore know Raymond Clark jennifer hromadka wedding website?

Their myspace account is already deleted. I don’t know if myspace deleted it or they themselves deleted it but I don’t see any reason why myspace will delete their account.

Jennifer Hromadka is the girlfriend of Raymond Clark III who is now a “person of interest” for the murder of Annie Le. According to reports I’ve read on the net there were witnesses who saw Ray Clark and Jennifer Hromadka leaving with suitcases on Sunday around the time cops found Le’s body.

Back in May 2008, she blogged about a rumor that his boyfriend Clark was cheating on her with a certain undisclosed girl from his Yale lab. “My boyfriend, Ray, if you don’t know him, has no interest in any of the other girls at YARC as anything more than friends,”

Jennifer’s boyfriend Raymond Clark III is a lab technician in the building where Annie Le was murdured. He was recently taken into custody for DNA testing. He failed a polygraph test a few days ago. According to reports I read on the net, Ray Clark did not show up for work Tuesday and neither did her fiancee, sister, brother-in-law all of whom work in the same laboratory.

New Haven Police Chief James Lewis did not describe Clark as a suspect but wanted his DNA samples for comparison against DNA found in crime scene.

If you are willing to accept things as they are, you have the ability to laugh, even when love seems lost. For instance, if someone you really love start behaving in some unpredictable manners, you could stand back and practically turns things around positively. The push is only a threat to your emotion, but you have to see, accept and find a way to gain control of the situation.

When you can accept things in life, including you and others you find a way to take control. When you are in control of your love life, it helps you to see how you can improve your love life. When you learn to accept you will learn to discover the new you.Individuality is personal, and philosophers had generalize this subject. Many people in the world believe that when we act the same way at all times, we have established our identity.This is practically not so true. It is an act in its self, to have absolute control of your love life.Some really do not have any clue how to go about this. We are surrounded by billions of influences on television, in the media, on radio, government, schools and several others. Each to their own, but everyone is judging someone at some point. Once you start to see the humor in life, living and loving, you will feel better inside and you will then be psychologically ready to be in control, effortlessly. We are involved in a unruly world filled with greedy people, envious souls, lusty tigers, and so on. We have to learn how to work around these people, accept us and move on.
